Jekyll Brewing
Paying homage to a well-loved island off the coast of Georgia, Jekyll Brewing is named for the island off the coast of Georgia that was home to the Deep South’s first brewery, founded in the 18th century. With a mission to supply its patrons with a wide selection of ales, Lagers and IPAs, Alpharetta’s first brewery is a lively staple to the growing city. Visit Jekyll Brewing at 2855 Marconi Drive #350 in Alpharetta and sip the brew house’s most popular choice, the IPA Hop Dang Diggity!
Scofflaw Brewing
Atlanta’s Scofflaw Brewing is a locally loved 18,419-square-foot facility that regularly hosts new craft beer offerings while keeping old favorites on retainer. The team at Scofflaw works hard to craft beers that they like, and Atlanta likes them too! Scofflaw Brewing truly has everything from fruity, hoppy IPAs to barrel-aged stout. Sample a new favorite by visiting their tasting room at 1738 MacArthur Boulevard or the new Dr. Scofflaw’s location in The Works at 214 Chattahoochee Row.
Torched Hop Brewing Company
A relatively new addition to the Atlanta brewery scene, this Midtown brewpub offers Atlantans a cool drinking spot and a great place to grab a delicious bite to eat. Torched Hop caters to its growing clientele with an ever-changing list of beers, including signature microbrews like Hops-de-leon IPA and the Cukes and Cream. Torched Hop Brewing Company is located at 249 Ponce de Leon Avenue NE.
Cherry Steet Brewing
Located in Cumming, Cherry Street Brewing has already made a name for itself on the national beer scene by reigning as the 2017 US Beer Open Grand National Champions. The company’s humble beginnings started in a garage in the foothills of the Rockies before becoming the local hotspot for all things food and drinks in Cumming’s Vickery Village. Known for coming up with experimental recipes utilizing ingredients such as cherry limeade, honey mustard, coconut and more, the brewery strongly focuses on sustainability, community and education. Pouring daily with tours available on Saturdays at 3 p.m., the taproom regularly hosts 25 or more taps and provides a delicious array of classic bites courtesy of Rick Tanner’s Grille & Bar. Stay updated on the company’s monthly calendar to avoid missing out on upcoming events such as the Brew Skies Beer & Wine Festival and Brownie Bash 2022 coming this September! Monday Night Brewing
Located in West Midtown, Monday Night brewery features craft beers perfect for weeknight hangouts or weekend getaways. They feature six beers year-round with a few seasonal favorites, such as I’m On A Boat, available for only a few months at a time - so get it while you can! Monday Night Brewery offers a taproom in West Midtown at 670 Trabert Avenue NW and a second space, the Garage, with a private event space available for rent. The Garage is located at 933 Lee St. in Atlanta. So, round up your crew and head over to Monday Night Brewing for a round of beers!
Eventide Brewing
Settled in the heart of Grant Park, Eventide provides locals with a drinking experience unlike any other! The retro-inspired bar with bright café lights supplies patrons with a refreshing and calm atmosphere as they sip on favorite craft beer selections and special seasonal pours. A great place to watch the upcoming big game, network or grab a drink with friends, Eventide has a place for you. Located at 1015 Grant St. SE in Atlanta, the brewery is steps away from the city’s BeltLine expansion.
SweetWater Brewing Company
You’ll be hard-pressed to talk about the Atlanta beer scene without mentioning SweetWater Brewing! One of the city’s most renowned and largest breweries, the taproom is perfect for relaxing after a long day, hosting your next event or touring the impressive space. The brewing company also hosts various events at its facility, as well as across the metro area, such as being heavily involved at 420Fest, Atlanta’s three-day music festival. The company has also previously supported its local community through the Save Our Water project, a partnership with the Chattahoochee Riverkeeper to help protect river waters that flow through Atlanta. Three Taverns Brewery
Are you a fan of vintage design and old-world vibes? Three Taverns Brewery is the place for you! Weathered wooden planks and exposed brick walls are just a few unique elements of the Decatur brewhouse. With a featured brew at the bar, site tours and mingling opportunities outside, it’s easy to grab a drink and a bite to eat at one of the onsite food trucks and relax a while! Eager to keep patrons happy and occupied, Three Taverns Brewery packs its calendars with events and activities through the seasons. Second Self Beer Company
Situated in the Underwood Hills neighborhood of Atlanta, Second Self Beer Company is the perfect combination of beer and adventure. With regular events such as Taco and Tamale Saturdays, yoga and more, travelling to 1317 Loan Circle NW to taste their specialty brews will happen sooner rather than later!
Steady Hand Beer Co.
If you’re on the Westside, try stepping into Steady Hand Beer. This brewery’s IPAs have been available at restaurants local to Atlanta for years, but now you can check out their new brewery location for a pint of Paradise Waits IPA or a Flower Business Double IPA. Steady Hand will also offer live music, tours of the facility and even food trucks. You can find your way to Steady Hand Beer at 1611 Ellsworth Industrial Boulevard in Atlanta.
Reformation Brewery
Despite being 30 miles north of Atlanta, Reformation Brewery in Woodstock is a big draw for beer lovers across the metro area. Offering local favorites such as Cadence and limited, seasonal releases such as the previously loved Alani, it’s easy to make Reformation Brewery a favorite hangout. With three locations in Canton, Smyrna and Woodstock, the popular brewery not only strongly believes in the craft of the beer but the reason behind drinking it. The company also prides itself on partnering with local organizations in the communities it serves that support community revitalization, honest conversations and boosting human connections.
