• AFB Internationalinvested over $79 million in a new facility in Columbus, set to create 100 new jobs in the next five years as a pet food ingredients manufacturer.
• Anduril Industries allocated $60 million for a new manufacturing and research facility in Atlanta, contributing to the defense technology sector.
• Boehringer Ingelheim invested $57 million in a new 63,000-square-foot facility at its Animal Health Global Innovation Center in Athens, solidifying its presence in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Boston Scientific committed $62.5 million to manufacturing and supply chain facilities in Johns Creek, creating 340 new jobs over the next seven years in the medical device sector.
• Denkai America established its North American headquarters and manufacturing facility in Augusta for electric vehicle battery foil production.
• Duluth Trading Company invested $53 million in a new distribution facility in Adairsville, creating over 300 jobs in Bartow County.
• Ecopol, an Italian biodegradable film manufacturer, invested more than $38 million in Spalding County for its first North American facility.
• G&A Partners expanded operations in Georgia, North Carolina and Southern Florida, bringing high-quality client experience and top-tier Cigna plans to small and mid-sized businesses in Atlanta, Miami, Raleigh and Charlotte.
• Hanwha Advanced Materials Georgia, Inc. constructed a new manufacturing facility in Cartersville, investing an estimated $147 million and creating over 160 jobs.
• Home Chef, a Kroger-owned meal-producing company, opened a full-service kitchen facility in Douglasville.
• Jack Link’s, a meat snacks manufacturer, expanded its global reach by building a new manufacturing facility in Perry, with a $450 million investment expected to create 800 jobs.
• Meissner Corporation, a bioprocessing company, invested almost $250 million in a new facility in Athens-Clarke County, creating more than 1,700 jobs over the next eight years.
• Okabashi Brands, a third-generation family-owned shoe company, reinvested in its Buford facility and doubling production. The plan to invest $20 million over the next five years will add 340 new jobs to the area.
• PHA, a global auto parts manufacturer and Tier-1 supplier for Hyundai Motor Group, is set to create 402 new jobs and invest more than $67 million in a new facility in Chatham County.
• Profile Products, a sustainable agriscience company, built a campus in Monticello in Jasper County, investing $35 million and creating 80 new jobs.
• Proctor & Gamble Distributing, LLC, an American multinational creator of personal healthcare and hygiene products, invested $205 million in a new distribution facility in Jackson, creating 350 new jobs in Butts County.
• Saint-Gobain ADFORS North America, an international light and sustainable construction company, promised to create 400 new jobs by 2024 in Laurens County.
• Sam’s Club is creating 600 new jobs and investing more than $142 million in a new fulfillment center in Douglas County, part of the company’s strategy to transform its entire supply chain through strategic expansion and cutting-edge automation.
• Seohan Auto, an automotive parts developer and manufacturer, is set to create at least 180 jobs and invest more than $72 million in a new manufacturing facility in Liberty County.
• Seoyon E-HWA, a global auto parts manufacturer, established a new manufacturing facility in Chatham County, investing almost $76 million and creating 740 jobs.
• Sewon America, a subsidiary of Sewon Precision Industry Co. in Korea, planning to invest $300 million and create 740 new jobs in Rincon, marking the largrest private investment in the city’s history.
• SK Battery America, a subsidiary of the South Korean conglomerate SK Group, opened a regional IT hub facility in Roswell, creating 200 high-tech jobs and investing approximately $19 million over the next few years.
• SungEel Recycling Park Georgia, a lithium-ion battery recycler and raw materials provider, recycles end-of-life batteries and battery manufacturing scrap at its first U.S. recycling center in Toccoa in Stephens County as Georgia’s electric vehicle industry continues to grow.
• 80 Acres Farms, a vertical farming company, announced a $120 million investment in Covington by developing a new facility that will generate more than four times as much food as the company’s largest facility in Hamilton, Ohio.
• Tim Hortons, a Canadian coffee and breakfast chain, is set to debut in Atlanta.
